Please note: The C3 EXPO conference program focuses on corporate systems issues and the products, services, and implementation/management techniques that surround them. Product sales pitches are strictly prohibited.
 
Application Guidelines Speaker Compensation Conference Contacts
 
C3 EXPO is currently looking for speakers for their conference program being held June 27 -28, 2006 at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York City. You can submit a speaking proposal for yourself, a representative of your company, or on behalf of a client to speak at C3 EXPO. The C3 EXPO Conference this year will include sessions within the following tracks:
  • The Shifting Sands of Corporate Systems: Extracting Meaningful ROI
  • Critical Linux
  • Regulatory Issues and Compliance
  • Total Security
  • Dynamic Systems Creation
  • Controlling Storage
  • Personal-Corporate Computing Life
  • Mobile and High-Speed Data Structures
  • US-CCA Connected Communities Program
  • RFID Real World Solutions™

The C3 EXPO audience is comprised of corporate technology and channel purchasers from across the United States. All C3 EXPO conference sessions are focused on trends and directions in the information and communications technology (ICT) marketplace.


Application Guidelines
You can submit a C3 EXPO speaking proposal using our online Speaker Application Form.

Please note: Incomplete Speaker Applications or proposals not submitted using the Speaker Application Form WILL NOT be considered in the review process. Emailing information to the conference manager does not place your data in the Speaker Application database.

All submissions must include complete contact information, brief career and company background information, and the enterprise-focused topics you are prepared to address.

Final speaker selection will be completed by April 1, 2006, and sessions within each conference are often filled quickly. An early response is requested.

All applications will remain in the C3 EXPO Speaker Application database for a period of 15 months, and may be used in conference development efforts for other C3 EXPO events, and events produced by H.A. Bruno, LLC during that period.

Applications are due January 30, 2006.

Speaker Compensation
Each C3 EXPO speaker will be provided with complimentary admission to the C3 EXPO conference and the exposition floor. Speakers have use of the C3 EXPO Speakers Lounge throughout the conference. No other compensation is provided. C3 EXPO speakers are responsible for their own travel expenses.
